Direct Access Dental Hygiene in Harrow
How Does Direct Access Work
Under current General Dental Council (GDC) regulations, Dental Hygienists and Therapists are permitted to treat patients without a prior examination by a dentist. This means you can now visit our Dental Hygienist for professional cleaning, stain removal, and oral hygiene advice without registering with a dentist first.
If, during your visit, our Hygienist or Therapist believes that you would benefit from an assessment or treatment by a dentist, you will be advised accordingly to ensure you receive the most appropriate care.
Booking Your Appointment
If you would like to make a direct hygiene appointment or have any questions about our Direct Access service, please contact our practice. Our friendly team will be happy to assist you, explain the process, and arrange a suitable time for your visit.
